Spring 2015 Graduation Deadlines:
Important: Thesis and Dissertation Formatting, Submission, and Publishing
Open Access and Publishing: Tuesday, March 3, 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.
Formatting and Submission:
Information Session — Thursday, March 12, 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.
 •  Drop-in Sessions — March 25 and April 30, 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Important: Dissertation/Thesis Formatting Deadline
Students must e-mail a draft thesis/dissertation to the Graduate School by April 27 for a formatting check to be eligible for Spring graduation.
Important: Defense Deadline
Must be held by Monday, May 4 to be eligible for Spring graduation.
Important: Thesis and Dissertation Submission
Must be submitted via ProQuest ETD Administrator and accepted by the Graduate School by Monday, May 11 to be eligible for Spring graduation.
Future Deadlines:
Important: Graduation Application
Summer 2015: Submit by June 1.
Important: Graduation Application
Fall 2015: Submit by September 17.
